FCA US launches Drive For Design Contest for high school students

Sponsored by the FCA US Product Design team, the 2016 Drive for Design contest is a competition that asks to high school students to design a Dodge SRT Hellcat for the year 2025.


he 216 edition of the challenge, first launched in 2013, is open to any U.S. high school students in grades 10, 11 and 12. Submission for entry will close at 12 a.m. Eastern time on January 8, 2016.

SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo Design Sketch Render

The overall winner will receive a MacBook Pro, a three-week summer automotive design course at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit (includes housing, meals and field trips), a dinner with FCA US Design team members plus three passes to the Detroit Autorama at Cobo Center in Detroit, including flight, hotel and rental car.

Second Place 2015 Winner - Conner Stormer

Second, third and fourth place prizes will receive the same prizes, with an iPad Pro in place of the MacBook Pro.
